The Ambrosiana Foundation Research Stipends
The Medieval Institute, University of Notre Dame

The Ambrosiana Foundation funds several stipends to assist scholars utilizing the Ambrosiana Archives at the Medieval Institute at Notre Dame.  These stipends are managed and disbursed by the Medieval Institute.  For more information about these grants, please go to:

The Ambrosiana Foundation Travel Fellowship
The Biblioteca Ambrosiana, Milan

The Foundation offers an annual Travel Fellowship to subsidize one scholar's research in the Ambrosiana's archives in Milan.  The deadline for applications for this year will be October 15, 2008.   

This deadline will shift to February for subsequent competitions, to better align with the academic year.
